Our House Jasmina
House Jasmina is located in what is probably the most famous and most attractive part of Porec – the Spadici part of town. It is the neighboring house to the house Marija (same German-speaking owners family Grizelj). The two houses are only 25 meters apart (Losinjska Street 14 and 10) and are in a quiet location. House Jasmina offers eight beautiful apartments for 2 to 7 people. The house is ideal for larger families. The three large barbecue terraces in apartments No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 are particularly popular with guests. Air conditioning is available in all apartments. There are 7 in-house parking spaces, as well as enough parking spaces in front of the house. A children’s playground is located about 50 m from the house
Our House Marija
The house Marija is a neighboring house to the house Jasmina (same German-speaking owners family Grizelj). The two houses are only 25 meters apart (Losinjska Street 10 and 14). The Marija apartments are suitable for 2 to 4 people. Air conditioning is available in all apartments. Some apartments have a sea view, others have their own garden terrace. The well-kept garden is a real eye-catcher and consists of palm trees, a rock garden, kiwi trees and a vine pergola. Walkways and outdoor stairs are covered with marble slabs. There are enough parking spaces in front of the house. A children’s playground is located about 50 m from the house
